Health and Safety, Wellness and Inclusion Module

This course is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of health, safety, accessibility, and inclusion in the workplace. The course is divided into two main categories: Health and Safety and Accessibility and Inclusion.

The Health and Safety portion of the course will cover topics such as an introduction to health and safety, injury prevention, injury management, working in hot environments, health and medication, lice, food safety, and food handling basics, and bullying. Participants will gain a thorough understanding of the importance of health and safety in the workplace, and how to identify and manage risks to prevent injuries and illness.

The Accessibility and Inclusion portion of the course will cover topics such as accessibility policies, what is inclusion, and case studies. Participants will learn about the legal requirements for accessibility and inclusion, as well as how to create an inclusive workplace that values diversity and respects the needs of all employees.

By the end of the course, participants will have the skills and knowledge required to promote a safe, healthy, and inclusive workplace.
