Jennifer Young is the driving force behind one of today’s most successful marketplaces in the U.S. She is the co-founder and chief marketing officer of Outdoorsy, the world’s fastest-growing, on-demand marketplace for recreational vehicles and experiential travel. Her professional accomplishments include a long career in top agencies at WPP, managing global brands like HSBC, Johnson & Johnson, P&G, DHL, and American Express. Most recently, she was recognized as Forbes Top 50 CMO; has more than 20 years of expertise in global consumer marketing brands and growth; and won the Fastest Growing Company, award in Silicon Valley’s top incubator, NFX Guild in Palo Alto, California.

Greg Mullen is a retired Superintendent of Schools from the Ottawa Catholic School Board. He has over 34 years of experience in education working with students, staff and support staff in the school board. During his time as superintendent, Greg was responsible for two Family of Schools and the human resources department, overseeing all staffing, leadership development and coaching. He was involved in all aspects of the collective bargaining process dealing with all union and non-unionized employment issues. Prior to this senior executive placement, Greg was a secondary principal in two high schools and a vice principal in two other high schools. As a secondary principal, he helped bring in a number of unique programs to help at-risk students achieve success.

   Greg was awarded the Director of Education Award for his work as a secondary principal in the system. He also has substantial school-level coaching experience helping student athletes develop the life skills needed for success. Greg is on the board of directors for Serenity House, which helps individuals with substance abuse issues.

Russell Arthurs and his wife Janet have been successful small business owners in the Ottawa area since 2005. They have been the proud owners of 5 Trade Secrets stores in Ottawa and currently own the Trade Secrets store in the Rideau Centre location since 2012. Together they are part owners of the Boston Pizza restaurant franchise in Barrhaven.

    Along with their four teenage children, they operate a small farm business between Richmond and Barrhaven raising sustainably grown meat, eggs, fruits and vegetables.
