Greg Mullen
Greg Mullen is a retired Superintendent of Schools from the Ottawa Catholic School Board. He has over 34 years of experience in education working with students, staff and support staff in the school board. During his time as superintendent, Greg was responsible for two Family of Schools and the human resources department, overseeing all staffing, leadership development and coaching. He was involved in all aspects of the collective bargaining process dealing with all union and non-unionized employment issues. Prior to this senior executive placement, Greg was a secondary principal in two high schools and a vice principal in two other high schools. As a secondary principal, he helped bring in a number of unique programs to help at-risk students achieve success.
Greg was awarded the Director of Education Award for his work as a secondary principal in the system. He also has substantial school-level coaching experience helping student athletes develop the life skills needed for success. Greg is on the board of directors for Serenity House, which helps individuals with substance abuse issues.

Russell Arthurs and his wife Janet have been successful small business owners in the Ottawa area since 2005. They have been the proud owners of 5 Trade Secrets stores in Ottawa and currently own the Trade Secrets store in the Rideau Centre location since 2012. Together they are part owners of the Boston Pizza restaurant franchise in Barrhaven.
